Our client based very central to the centre of Cardiff is looking for a good customer service and administrator to work on a hybrid basis, this is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a growing & established employer for Service Desk Administrator to join their team due to growth.
This role has no evening or weekend work, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working 2/3 days in the office and the other days home working.
You will be handling complex and difficult enquiries so a background of problem solving would be perfect for this role.
You will be processing requests for maintenance & repairs of equipment, booking engineers as required
Raising invoices and creating worksheets
Update customers, engineers & other departments dealing with customers and suppliers
We're looking for people who are IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and want to work as part of a team. It will be working in a fast paced environment so teamwork is really important.
