If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's main office in the Chester area, you will be joining a Service Desk team of four in ensuring there is a clear day to day responsibility of raising tickets and prioritising service issues across the company.

Day to day duties in this role will include:
Trouble shooting systems or any platform related issues and providing technical solutions to rectify this.
Supporting company business systems and business equipment whilst providing support to all users.
Maintaining and enhancing system capability.
The role will suit someone is technically minded as the role will play a key part in exciting new projects and work within a great team environment.
