Job Description

Are you looking for a hybrid working customer service or administration role in Cardiff City Centre? We have a fantastic permanent opportunity with a growing & established employer for Service Desk Administrators to join their team due to growth.

This role has no evening & weekend work, 37.5 hours per week between 0800-1730.

Duties include:

  • Processing requests for maintenance & repairs of equipment, booking engineers as required
  • Raising invoices and creating worksheets
  • Processing orders for parts
  • Update customers, engineers & other departments

We're looking for people who are IT literate, have excellent attention to detail skills and want to work as part of a team. This is a fast paced environment and teamwork is really important.
