Our client based in Holywood and close to all amenities has a vacancy for a Service Desk advisor to join their Technical Triage team.
The client has confirmed that the role is temporary for a minimum of months with possible extension. This role is Monday to Thursday 0900 - 1700 hours and finish at 1630 on a Friday
In your new role, you will contact customers who have reported a technical issue, and you will diagnose and suss out the issue the customer is experience and guide them to correct the issue. You will not receive inbound calls, you will be managing a call log of technical reports. Full training will be provided
You are a good fit for this role, if you have excellent customer service and preferably technical savvy
No GCSES`s are required for this role
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.03 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis
