Service Desk Analyst required to provide hands-on first line technical support for company employees.
Using a creative and technical problem-solving ethos and exceptional customer service you will ensure that employees can fully access and utilise the software and resources they need for work. Amongst the team you will be responsible for delivering an ITIL compliant service desk in line with agreed SLAs.
You must have a good understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and Windows Server and how to troubleshoot including Windows 10. You will have a basic understanding of networking and an informed understanding of hardware.
