My client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team based in Peterborough. You will be responsible for the delivery of handling incoming queries and requests from customers with a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
To succeed in the role, we ask that you:
1st line support of Hardware and Software related incidents
Accurately log incidents onto the client systems
Answering and logging calls in a professional service led manner
Resolve queries, complex complaints, and where applicable resolve during 1st contact quickly and efficiently
Managing customer expectations
Regularly updating the incident logged ticket
Resolving 1st line of support calls and escalating to 2nd & 3rd Parties where necessary
Deploying PC's, Laptops, terminals, & telephones
Provide customers with regular updates and escalating critical issues to the IT Manager where necessary
Following IT procedures
Scheduling engineer call outs, loading with third party vendors
Remote log-in to assess technical issues
Experience within a Help desk enviroment is essential.
