We are thrilled to support our well established and high profile public sector client in their search for a long term temporary Service Desk Analyst.
Pay Rate: £11.53 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 6 - 12 months.
Location: Home-based , however must live local to the North East / Newcastle to attend the office for training if required.
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Start date - ASAP (subject to compliance deadlines)
The IT Service Desk will form the central point of contact for all technology related incidents, service requests and queries. The role of the Service Desk Analyst is to provide first and second line support for all NHSBSA employees. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for logging incidents and service requests and resolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
As the ideal candidate, you will;
- ITSM TOOL
-SERVICE DESK PLUS.
- Have a background in IT / Service desk
- Be a skilled communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Able to follow processes
- Possess excellent organisational skills
- Possess a keen eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
