Job Description

Salary: circa £20,000
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm + on call every couple of months
Location: Rural Tonbridge

This is a fast paced role that requires the suitable person to be reactive, proactive, able to think outside the box, have a high level of attention to detail and be a fantastic communicator both over the phone and via email. Office experience is essential for this role, ideally you will have worked within a role where you are dealing with engineers or scheduling work.

The suitable candidate will be the first point of contact for all the engineers and will be organising their schedules. This will include monitoring the engineers performance, producing statistics, reviewing schedules, overseeing the use of trackers, managing purchases for tools and uniform, managing holiday allowances, having review meetings, issuing accident reports, assisting in recruitment and other administrative duties.

You will also be required to work on call on a rota which will involve taking home a company work phone.
