Role - Temp Service Desk Coordinators
Location - Aylesford
Start Date - Asap
End Date - 31/12/20 poss longer (perm)
This role could possibly lead to a permanent position
Hours - Working between - 7.30am till 5.30pm - 42.5 hours per week
We are looking for a confident candidate who has fantastic coordinating and customer service experience. This role will be using a bespoke system and will also include high levels of Data Entry using Excel.
We are looking for someone who is available immediately who would be able to manage a busy service desk to book in and arrange works to be carried out by engineers.
This is a busy fast paced role so previous experience is ideal however not essential.
Duties to include
-Manage a diary
-Organising and booking in work to be completed
-Problem solve for any delays or issues.
-Data Entry
-Customer service
