Working for a Cloud IT Tech business who are leaders in their field, the Service Desk Engineer will be offering technical support to customers, so experience of a customer support role is essential within IT. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users who are experiencing technical issues.
We`re looking for somebody who is a team player and able to be on-call as part of the on-call rota for customers who experience issues outside of normal working hours. The Service Desk Engineer will also carry out on-site installations and repairs where required and be adept at escalating to third parties for issues that require further technical support.
A knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, OneNote, Groups & Email etc. are essential for the Service Desk Engineer.
As a Cloud Service Desk Engineer, knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Based Computing are essential, as you`ll be a leader in your field, delivering on the customers` requirements.
