Service Desk Officer
Hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time hours)
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
As a Service Desk Officer the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Data Service for Commissioners Sector/Area to manage and own the service desk to ensure users are continuously able to access and use the National Commissioning Data Repository and that their queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
In particular the post holder will:
- Manage and own the service desk for National Commissioning Data Repository (NCDR).
- 1st line support for NCDR users.
- Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
- Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
