Service Desk Supervisor
Salary: 24- 26k per year

Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a Service Desk Supervisor to join the leadership team. As a Service Desk Supervisor, you will be the point of escalation for a team of Service Desk Analysts; providing business customers with the best possible level of service by providing excellent customer service, first line support, resolving queries and working with third parties and internal teams to achieve outcomes. As well as delivering against customer SLAs you will assist with reporting and working with your team to achieve KPIs.
In your downtime, you`ll enjoy the fantastic facilities including pool tables, TC or eating out at one of the many local restaurants.
If you have previous team management or supervisory experience in a customer focused contact centre / call centre environment, some awareness of ITIL methodologies & best practice, good working knowledge of word, excel and outlook and practical knowledge of external managed service provides this is the role for you.
The hours are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and other benefits include:
