Service Desk Support - Band 5
Location: Leeds Area - Working from Home/Office

Hours: Mon- Fri between the hours of 7am-6pm. Total of 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £12.74 per hour

We are recruiting for Service Desk Support agents with working experience in a helpdesk/customer service environment to work for our client NHS Digital. .

Overview of Role:
NHS Digital have been commissioned to enable access to Summary Care Records App (SCRa) on 11,000 iPads being issued to Care Homes in England to allow staff to quickly access digital NHS services and information. This role will be as part of the central registration authority function to undertake identity verification, identity creation and assignment of authorisation tokens and assign access rights to users that require access to the NHS Spine applications.

What you'll need to do:
" Monitor central mailboxes daily
" Arrange 1:1 video conference call to verify record personal identification, register users and complete registration of approved iPad devices
" Liaise with other departments
" Ensure all queries and requests have been processed and actioned

Knowledge & Skills:
" Experience of first line / telephone-based customer service experience gained in helpdesk environment
" Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams)
" Excellent keyboard skills - ability to input data accurately and identify errors or inconsistencies in numerical or personal data

" Have strong IT knowledge
" Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
" Ability to elicit and disseminate technical information to and from end users
