Service Engineer Controller

£25,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) 40 hours a week

Do you have great organisational and communication skills? If so my prestigious growing client in the Motor industry is looking for a Service Engineer Coordinator to join their high performing team.

Due to location of the office it is ideal if the candidate can drive.

Who you will be working for:

You could be working with an industry leading company, growing year on year, an opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer Controller to come on board. You will be working out of a brand new, purpose-built modern office, free parking and unlimited coffee.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for organising teams of engineers working throughout the UK and liaising with customers to deliver the companies quality service and installations.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Arrange installation of companies' products

• Organise engineers' diaries

• Liaise with customers, to confirm bookings and ensure quality service.

• Accurately transfer information to ensure agreeable service levels are delivered.

• Inputting accurate data on the ERP System, and generating quotations & Invoices

What our client is looking for in you:

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should also have a high degree of competency in diary management. You must have strong Excel skills and be able to use Microsoft packages efficiently. Demonstrable experience of planning, and you will ideally be extremely organised in order to plan/prioritise your own work load and have an interest in delivering excellent customer service.

You must have extensive experience as a Service advisor or Workshop Controller in a Car Dealership
