Job Description

Our client is looking for a service improvement specialist to join the busy team located in a head office in Watford. The Service Improvement team is responsible for continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of Customer Operations activities and services.

The team is also responsible for optimising the customer experience and delivering high standards of customer satisfaction. The team will be responsible for the governance of the departments processes, knowledge centre, risk management and controls management.

You will be identified and deliver enhanced experience, driving changes and ensuring the team and departments have the right and correct information, working on projects deadlines, access any risks to the operation and supporting with workshops. You will be a subject expertise in process, people, tech, improvement and planning.

We are looking for candidate who can demonstrate great change and improvement examples, experience in managing projects, experience in testing and planning ideas, creating business development documents and Working knowledge of BPM and tools such as iGrafx.

Salary £37,000k a year for a fixed term until May 2025, The role will be hybrid working Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30 (finishing 5pm on Fridays). Progression and development, 28days holidays including bank holiday, pension, healthcare and many other incentives.
