Job Description

We are working with a local supplier based in the Halifax Area.

They are looking for a new Service Key Account Manager.

This role is field-based but will require travel to the Halifax office 2 days a week.

Standard working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday

Salary is £30-35,000 DOE

The primary duties include:

Proactive enquiry generation for regional and national customer in all markets
Lead preparation and submission including quotes
Provide Account Management functions for existing customers
Find solutions to customer problems
Follow up enquires and organise customer appointments
Provide customer KPI's
Achieve sales & margin targets
Ensure customer complaints relevant to the role are dealt with

You will report to the Divisional Director

Personal Spec:
Minimum 5 years sales/ account management experience
Work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Financial awareness
UK Driving license
Be comfortable with occasional overnight stays
