Mon- Fri 9-5pm 37.5 hours a week
£13.03ph rising to £15.55ph

Working within the NHS App service management function the candidate will be part of team handling general and technical enquiries from members of the public, patients, NHS staff, and clinicians. They will be expected to manage cases through the lifecycle from investigation to resolution, perform administrative tasks within the service management portal, triage work to specialist teams and carry out some investigations and information gathering in order to provide resolutions to the users.

o Review & triage incoming issues via the team inbox
o Raise incidents/ problems/ events and prioritise appropriately
o Conduct first/initial investigation to establish the best course of action (investigation or triage to specialists)
o Provide a resolution back to NSD once either own investigation completed or that of specialist Tier 3 (T3) team
o Update Cherwell logs - acting as a link between Jira and Cherwell tools for T3 when investigations are updated/completed
o Manage and update the information relevant for Knowledge Base
o Facilitate the flow of new information from T3 to the Knowledge Base
