Are you an experienced manager looking for your next challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to oversee a number of Supported Living Services offering complex, 24-hour support packages across the West Wales area.

You will lead and motivate the staff team to ensure the provision of the highest quality services, supporting service users to be as independent as possible and work towards achieving their own aspirations, whilst also ensuring the services are compliant with regulatory requirements.

If you have a minimum qualification of Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, management experience within a similar environment, and are willing to work flexibly - you may be perfect for this role!
