Based in Bishop Auckland, county Durham this mental heath facility is looking for a new service manager who can bring positivity and drive to the team it has 19 bed and is a 24hr support service.

The facility homes people who have come out of hospital with a variety of Mental health illnesses and helps them prepare for independence. The service helps them with day to day tasks, gives them tools to cope with the disorders they have and have set up different activity groups ie gardening, art, walking and many more.

The role is a 3-month fixed contract with a view to go permanent and is 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You may need to complete some sleep in shits every once in a while. You will be provided with all training necessary and will have opportunities to grow your knowledge further.
The salary is competitive at £24,606 per annum and you will be supporting 9 experienced Support workers.
