Are you an experienced service manager who has worked with people with learning disabilities?
My client is looking for an experienced service manager to join their existing team in the Sale area. The ideal candidate will hold a level 5 qualification in care or equivalent and have access to their own vehicle.

As a service manager you will play an integral role in the daily delivery of community services, you will have the opportunity to lead staff and liaise with service users alike. You will demonstrate your passion to work with people with learning difficulties by checking their suitability for the service, staffing the service and writing activity plans.

You will be based in the Sale area and responsible for up to 200 service users across the community. This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone who can balance workloads, is passionate about working with people with learning difficulties and is confident in their own ability to drive the service forward.
