Day to day duties for this role include:
Reporting to the Service Area Manager, focusing on providing and achieving operational management of the service.
Ensuring there is ongoing compliance with all contractual requirements.
Promoting and embedding a culture of responsibility and commitment to the role.
Motivating staff to complete ongoing professional development ensuring they maintain their drive and enthusiasm for the job.
