Service Manager - Salford Area.

£23,000 37.5 hours a week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for the running and support of services in the Salford area. The services will be supporting an array of different people from those with learning disabilities, to mental health to physical disabilities. So if you want a job where no two days will be the same then this is the role for you! This role is in supported living so experience in managing services in this sector would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have a level 3 in health and social care and have or be willing to start a level 5 in care management. This is a self-directed role so the ideal candidate will be able to manage their time and diary effectively, have experience in managing staff and be a team player. You will be managing rotas, filling shifts as and when needed and doing supervisions.

As you will be at the forefront of managing these services there is an expectation for you to travel to the services, so being a driver would be advantageous.

You will have an understanding of CQC regulations and care standards, be IT literate and have learning disabilities and leadership experience. This is the ideal role for those who want to step into a challenging and exciting service manager role for a fantastic company!
