Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm


Our client is looking for an experience Service Manager who can 'hit the ground running' and has the ability to deliver a high-quality service which enables all employers to comply with their duties.

You will need to ensure our third-party supplier deliver a high-quality service which enables all employers to comply with their duties in accordance with the contract they have.
Act as operational lead for services delivered by our third-party including customer support and compliance and enforcement

You will need to be flexible, diligent and hard-working and have applied knowledge of contract and service management.
