Job Description

My client is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee their service in Eccles, Greater Manchester. The service is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, Autism and dual diagnoses with associate challenging behaviour.

You will be working with an excellent company which will really look after you and help your flourish! They will put time in to supporting you with your new role and make sure you are fully equipped to do the very best job possible. You will be supported by a regional manager to ensure you are happy and enjoying your new role. Their aim is to enable service users to make life choices, be socially included and take a full and active part in their community. You will not be looking at the property as a service but as 6 people's home. This isn't a place of work but someones sanctuary and safe place.

You will be responsible for their own recruitment at the service so would love someone that has some experience of this. This means you are make sure you get the right people in your team that will provide your team with the right skills and attitudes that will give the residents the best possible care and support!

You will be working Monday - Friday so great for anyone that is looking for work/life balance.


Ideally they are looking for someone that has a NVQ level 3 and have residential experience. If you have been a senior or deputy and looking for the next step then get in touch!!
