A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Manager to lead, oversee and Develop a rehabilitation home for Adults, based within Liverpool.
Working for the UK's leading independent provider of specialist adult care services and their aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate. This. is a purpose-built rehabilitation service and care home with nursing across four units, supporting men and women with varying degrees of a learning disability or an acquired brain injury.
As the Service manager your main purpose will be to Take overall responsibility for the care of the Home as the registered manager in charge and to promote high standards of care in line with regulatory bodies. Required to manage both the people and resources to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 Years Registered Manager experience, A Level 5 in Leadership and management and Preferably RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered.
