Job Description
I have a rare and exciting opportunity to work within a well-established Supported Living Service as a Service Manager supporting adults with Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities in Weston-super-Mare.
You will be working closely with the Registered Manager and assisting them to plan and develop services. Working as a Service Manager you will have the day-to-day responsibility of staff management, constantly ensuring the delivery of person cantered support.
Candidate requirements;
-NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care
-Experience as a Service Home Manager within Supported Living
-Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
Salary; £26,000 per annum
