Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next challenge?

Look no further! A brand new role has been created within a highly established organisation specialising in the provision of Supported Living services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager, which would involve managing multiple sites within the locality, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Complex needs.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating the experienced staff team, ensuring all of the services are running to the highest possible standards in line with CIW legislation.

You will need to be an excellent communicator in order to liaise with Local Authorities and external parties, and be able to take a pro-active approach.
