We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Managers to lead and develop a number of Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health within the Accrington area.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation who is one of the UK`s leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings are.

As the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing motivational and inspiring leadership to your team overseeing supported living services for young adults and adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health.

You will promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, hold a full UK Driving License`s and previous leadership experience, With willingness to participate on call.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £25,459 plus Benefits and lots of exciting opportunities for training, progression, and further career development.
