BS Social Care is assisting one of the UK`s leading providers for supported living in their search for a Service Manager covering the Ayrshire area. Their aim is to provide operational support to services whose aim is to help people live ordinary, happy lives through extraordinary support.

Based in Kilmarnock, you will manage and support a staff team with an LD service to provide leadership and direction to create an enabling environment for your service users. You will ensure compliance with external regulatory standards as well as the ethos of the organisation. Motivating your staff team with your enthusiasm through direct appraisals and an oversight of the staff team supervisions.
Requirements: Relevant professional Qualification at Level 5 in Care or Management e.g. NVQ/SVQ 5, QCF Level 5 Award Certificate or Diploma, HNC, HND, or a Level 4 in Care or Management e.g. NVQ/SVQ 4, QCF Level 4 Award.
