Working as a Service Manager you will be supporting a number of services across Glasgow North & Glasgow West. You will help with the delivery of personalised care to a wide range of service users, in a supported living setting.
As a Service Manager you will need to promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of care and practice are achieved. You will provide management, advice and support to motivate the teams you will be working with, to ensure those who use the service are able to live as independent as possible.
" Ideally Level 4 or 5 in Care or
" Management for e.g. NVQ/SVQ 4/5, QCF level 4/5 Award certificate or Diploma, HNC HND or
" BTEC Professional Diploma, Certificate or Award and working towards a professional Qualification at Level 5 as above.
" You will also need experience within the field and have 3 years management experience

Whilst not essential, a Driving Licence and access to a car will help as you`ll need to travel from service to service.
