I am looking for genuinely passionate and ambitious leaders with a proven background working within Adult Learning Disabilities and recent experience of leading a team.

In your new role you will be responsible for the delivery of up to three supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.

If you have come from a similar background or have worked as a team leader within a social care environment either in residential or supported living then this could be your opportunity to progress into management.

This is a full time role with a great deal of responsibility as you will be responsible for promoting the companies ethos and delivering exceptional standards of care to your customers.

As this role involves managing multiple services it will be essential that you are driver with your own car.
