I am working with an established care provider with a strong reputation in the supported living field, who are opening their first supported living service in the Birmingham area. They are already successfully supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses in other areas of the UK and are now moving into the Midlands.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of a small supported living setting which will support adults with learning disabilities and/or a mental health diagnosis and associated, complex behaviours.

As service manager, you will be involved from the very beginning, which will include registration with CQC, staff recruitment, training and development, management of referalls and liaising with external agencies.

You will be a passionate, motivated and professional individual who is committed to making a difference to the lives of the people who reside in your setting.

A inspirational leader and mentor, you will have excellent communication skills and a share your passion for care with not only your team, but external agencies and visitors to your service.

To be considered for this exciting service manager opportunity, you must:

* Demonstrate a proven background managing services for adults with a learning disability and/or mental health diagnosis

* Hold a relevant care management qualification

* Meet all the requirements with CQC to register as a manager

This exceptional role is offering a salary of £30000 per annum, as well as other exciting benefits.
