Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Tameside
Salary: £28,670-£30,178
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 (one day from home)

BS Social Care are working with one of the largest mental health organisations in the UK and are looking for a service manager to join the team in Tameside. The right person will work alongside their team to oversee and manage a 12 bedded independent living service in mental health recovery.

What we look for:
- Strong background in mental health and management of a mental health related service or similar
- Experience / good understanding of CQC regulations
- Experience of working with individuals that have very complex needs
- Level 5 in leadership or management or equivalent or willingness to work towards

The job role:
- To support your team in overseeing a 12 bedded independent living service
- Be accountable for delivery within the policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Ensure the service complies with regulationary bodies such as CQC and health and social care act
