Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join a well-established Mental Health Service for Adults, in the Lytham St Anne`s Area.

You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions and potential.

As the Service Manager you will be overseeing two supported living services for Adults with Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high quality, responsive and person-centred care service. You`ll regularly complete any risk assessments where required to make sure customers are fully supported. Your other duties will include supervising staff across the services, you`ll monitor staff performance, complete regular 1:1`s and carry out performance management where required.

You will also be responsible for creating effective staff rotas, on-going recruitment for new members of the team. From diligently observing staff performance, reviewing care, completing daily case notes, you will make recommendations for developing the care service and ensuring service standards, policies and procedures and for making sure these are in line with contract requirements.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have a good understanding and knowledge of Mental Health. You will be solution focused and outcome driven, a flexible attitude to working hours and a willingness to be part of an `on call` rota.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm with flexibility required. The salary is starting at £22,548 in addition to training and professional development, working for a fantastic company which could lead to greater opportunities.
