There is an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated, passionate Service Manager in Swindon with a leading organisation to join their team. The role of a Service Manager is integral, and you will ensure that all the care of the service users is assessed and implemented in a fair manner. You will have the support of two other service managers who are looking forward to having you on board. The role will be part time office based as well as field based.
Ideally you will need to have come from a supported living care background so that you have the knowledge and hit the ground running as you undertake your new role. If you are a senior support worker or a deputy manager feel welcome to apply. Ideally you will have a Level 3 or above Health and Social Care Qualification and some level of experience on a Senior level. This is a full-time position (40hrs) with occasional on call.
