The service has over 40 years of experience working with people in local communities. To help them with life skills and develop there lives. They run a range of services to help people.

The service helps people and give support to people with dis-advantages in there lives. The service is very experienced with Neuro-degeneration conditions ( Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease) and mental health problems, dementia, depression, behavioural disorders and complex needs.

The candidate needs to have assertive experience of working in mental health and support environment. Experience of either managing or coordinating referrals and waiting lists. Experience of managing and supervising mental health support staff from different background and skills. Experience and be responsible for recording, monitoring and reporting on clinical work.

A experienced candidate with assertiveness and command in there voice and actions. To assure the service runs well and to see to aspects of the role. To be the centre point of the service.

Level 5 in health and social care, degree level in psychology. Knowledge of clinical services.

Salary £28,000 to £30,000. with possible increase at interview and probation.
