An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager in Wigan managing a Supported Living service for Adults with complex needs.

Working for an established organisation that provides high quality person centred support programmes for adults with complex needs.

As Service Manager your duties will include managing a brand new Supported Living service ensuring the smooth running of each service, providing proactive and effective budgeting and resource management, completing supervisions, mentoring and developing each employee, and continuously improving service quality and compliance.

You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and hold a Full UK Driving License with access to own car.

This is a full time position with a salary of £22,000 plus excellent benefit packages and opportunities.
