Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Field Based Service Technician to work within the Croydon area and join the largest independent provider of technical services support to the UK brewing industry.

As part of one of the regional teams you will be responsible for giving customers the very best customer service experience every time.

This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the dispense system ensuring the continued great quality of dispense.

You don`t have to have any previous technical experience in the industry or similar although if you do this will help in your development.

Your customer service skills, determination to succeed and deliver a great customer experience with a positive can do attitude that will secure this opportunity! If you are comfortable with loan working, confident that your Customer service skills excel and keen to work in the city this could be of interest to you.

Full in depth training will be provided at the companies training site in addition to being provided with a company van & work related mileage paid - This permanent opportunity entails a 41hour working week between the flexible hours of 6am and 7pm.
