DO YOU HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEARN TECHNICAL INFORMATION??

You will be working for a company who provides technical service support to the UK brewery industry. You will be a part of the regional team and your role will involve you visiting their Smart Dispense customers at the licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check. By visiting these premises on a regular basis it will allow you the opportunity to help build the customer`s business by ensuring the continued great quality of dispense of the Heineken portfolio. With an eye for detail you will become our customer`s draught beer & cider quality champion.

You will be provided with a vehicle - this role is based on the road.

You do not need previous experience in this area however the successful candidate will have good customer service skills.
