Job Description

Role - Field Service Technician
Salary - £18,800 per annum plus quarterly bonuses of up to £2,500
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time (flexible around 7 - 4.30)
Location - Oxford Oxfordshire

Do you have experience in customer service and have a Full UK Licence?
Then look no further, our client are seeking great customer service representatives that has a Full UK Licence to carry out License Meter checks. You will be travelling to various locations in Oxfordshire and visiting the same clients every four weeks giving you the time to build good relationships with customers. If you like working alone, being field based and having the opportunity to interact with the general public, this may be for you.

What will you be doing as a Technician?
" Responsible for giving customers the very best service experience every time
" This will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the service system; you will be trained on how to conduct this
" By visiting these premises on a regular basis, it will allow you the opportunity to help build the relationship
" After training you will have a wealth of knowledge to offer customers face to face when questioned
" Safety will be your number one priority, and you will actively contribute to the zero accident culture through leading by example
" Ensuring you deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability when on our customer's premises
" You will monitor and be responsible for various client accounts
" Dealing with customer queries and ensuring these are answered efficiently
" Maintain important information on the system and liaise with head office
" Manage changes to contracts and action as required
" Organise site meetings and schedule

" Committed and able to develop own skills
" Due to location the successful candidate will need to have access their own transportation
" Full Training provided
" No experience necessary, just punctual and well mannered
