Are you a Service Administrator, Service Controller or a Service Coordinator that has first hand experience of liaising with engineers on a daily basis? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Working at the client's main office in the Altrincham area of Cheshire, you will be working in a busy office environment and would be responsible for handling calls, raising specific job cards and allocating engineers work alongside other service related matters.

Your day to day duties in this role include:
Organising work schedules for engineers and booking in routine services.
Ordering required parts for any breakdowns or routine services.
Updating the status of jobs on the client's system in a timely fashion.
Responding to urgent breakdowns and then appointing engineers by the identifying of the most cost effective solution alongside taking the account customers SLA's.
Keeping all communication lines open with clients and then updating them with breakdown status and ETA's.
Appointing third parties where necessary to cover breakdowns and also raise order numbers when completed.
Costing, invoicing and raising jobs as required.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Some form of experience of service work whilst some form of liaising with engineers on a daily basis.
Highly organised with a good eye for detail.
Ability to work well under pressure to set deadlines.
It would also desirable for the right candidate to have some knowledge of the plant hire or construction industry or to have worked in a very similar role although this isn't essential.
