Our client has opened a new showroom in fantastic site in Clerkenwell and they are now recruiting for a Receptionist/Showroom Assistant to play a key part in this new site.
They are a lovely company who will offer you the full training required to enable you to do your job properly
The role will be a mixture of Reception/Administration duties - ensuring the showroom is always looking its best.
There will also be the opportunity to really get involved in their business as you will also have training on their products and talk to visitors and clients when they visit on their stock.
Long term they can see this person getting involved with generating some extra sales opportunities with clients and if you love that there is a very strong chance this could evolve into a wider sales role for the right person
This role will suit someone who already has some good reception experience behind them and is used to dealing with customers and clients and it would be great if you have already have worked in showroom or similar previously - particularly when you have had to tell visitors about products etc.
They therefore need someone with really strong confident communication skills , who is professional and flexible and really willing to learn and wants a role that is more than purely general reception duties
The showroom is fully Covid secure and they are looking for someone to join them asap. You will be working in the showroom every day so you must be happy to work full-time in London. You will additionally receive extra training at one of their regional offices ( probably in Kent) for a couple of days per week - but your travel will be paid for this!
