The ideal candidate would be professional with a bubbly personality and strives to provide the best service to every customer.

Essential skills:
" Delivery of excellent customer service with previous experience in a retail environment
" Excellent organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
" Ability to converse and listen to customers, discovering their implicit and explicit needs
" Professional appearance and able to direct customers appropriately, greeting customers in a friendly manner
" Confidence in assisting with queries if other members of staff are already with other customers
" Flexibility in carrying out additional tasks to accommodate busy periods
" Able to ensure the showroom is always tidy and making sure refreshments are available and maintained
" Previous telephony and receptionist experience in a showroom environment
" Confidence in taking customer calls in a professional manner and directing them to the correct department

As a Showroom Host for a well-known retailer you will be first point of contact for customers and play an essential part in the team. Your role will not be limited to greeting customers arriving at the showroom, offering them refreshments, and directing them to the relevant department.

Hourly rate is £8.00-£8.50 per hour
