My client who are based in Woolwich Arsenal are looking for a Site Administrator/Receptionist on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site based staff and will also be required to answer the intercom to all staff and visitors.
Typing meeting notes and correspondence (Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook
Reception duties (Ensuring all visitors sign in and out)
Booking meeting room and keeping meeting room clean and tidy
Making Tea & Coffee for guests
Key Skills and Requirements:
A proven track record in Administration
Can work under own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Hours: 8am - 17:00pm (30 - 45 mins lunch break)
