Brook Street are recruiting for a Birmingham based client for the position of a Site Co-ordinator to be the lead point of contact during their designated out of hours shift pattern. The expectations of the role is to provide the necessary customer service where appropriate, offer assistance and help with accommodation enquiries / bookings, health & safety queries and any maintenance support.
A few of the key responsibilities are as follows -
Manage and maintain full responsibility for all administrative duties, which relate to accommodation enquiry, bookings and payments.
Manage / complete any associated administration or record keeping around any incident management and reporting.
Proactively pursue any debt from its customers where/when required, maintaining appropriate communications and records regarding progress in that process.
Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all residents, guests, visitors and contractors.
Responsibilities - Ensure all matters that can affect the health and safety of residents or visitors are followed up accurately and quickly.
Demonstrate a professional approach and a commitment to confidentiality
Maintain a positive can-do attitude and approach to all tasks
