We are currently working with a multi award winning Construction Company who are looking for a Site Manager due to a growth within their business.

The perfect candidate will have extensive commercial build experience, used to working on large projects. We are looking for someone who can deliver the highest standards of quality while working to budget.

The role:
" Managing all sub-contractors and ensuring their work is carried out safely and correctly
" Attend all site meetings with project management and the design team
" Identify and purchase all relevant materials or specialist sub-contractors for direct works
" Oversee all Health & Safety on site
" Make sure all site regulations are met and liaise with building control
" Liaise with the Project Manager to discuss any outstanding issue for information required
" Coordinate and plan the Programme of Works
" Assess any contract variations and valuations

The ideal candidate will have:
" 3+ years as Site Manager working on large contracts
" Good technical knowledge of all relevant trades mechanical & electrical, all finishing
" SMSTS
" First Aid qualified
" Good computer skills

This is a Monday to Friday 7 - 5 position but a degree of flexibility needed when working on some jobs. UK travel will be required with occasional overnight stays when working on certain builds.

The salary for this role will be around £35k depending on experience.
