CIVIL ENGINEER WITH SITE EXPERIENCE sought on behalf of my client to oversee a build in the Highlands starting in October 19.

The role will be 18-months in duration, the role requires the candidate to be away from home fortnightly. The company will allocate a house on location, with flights between Inverness and the Western Isles for the duration of the build.

We are seeking a clerk of works to oversee the quality of the job, visually record the build, check certificates for materials, daily liaison with site foreman, site agent and employer. A photographic diary will also be required throughout the job. (All relevant equipment will be supplied).

Candidate MUST be educated with HNC, HND or Degree, Beneficial if the candidate has NEC3 or NEC4.

The salary will range between £35,000 - £45,000 with two weeks off at Christmas, and 34 days holiday per year. The job will start in mid October 2019 and run for 18-months.
