Skilled Operative working as a line tech - Immediate start!

Monday to Friday - Start as soon as possible - Location: Enfield

You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance and be reliable with a strong work ethic.
You will also need to be flexible to complete various tasks on an ad hoc basis. You need to be able to follow a process and be self-disciplined.
Proactive thinking and a positive approach are also important attributes to be successful in this role.

Pay will be £8.91, once trained this will rise closer to £11.

Working hours: 6am - 3pm

Duties include:

Starting up & maintaining production lines
Check quality of product
Recording any downtime & liaising with the Engineering team to prioritise engineering works
Delivery of the daily production plan, achieving standard OEEs and standard yields (finished goods, raw material & labour)
Lead and comply with Health & Safety and Technical procedures to ensure compliance; ensuring product quality is to the required statutory, company and customer standards
