Skilled Production Operative - Immediate start!

Monday - Friday Start - Soon as possible Location: Enfield

You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance and be reliable with a strong work ethic.

You will also need to be flexible to complete various tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Proactive thinking and a positive approach are also important attributes to be successful in this role.

Pay will be £8.27 for the first 2 weeks, rising to £9.38.

Working hours: 6am - 3pm

3pm - 11pm.

Duties include:

Starting up & maintaining production lines

Recording any downtime & liaising with the Engineering team to prioritise engineering works

Delivery of the daily production plan, achieving standard OEEs and standard yields (finished goods, raw material & labour)

Lead and comply with Health & Safety and Technical procedures to ensure compliance; ensuring product quality is to the required statutory, Company and customer standards
