I am currently working alongside a large independent provider of technical services support to the UK brewing industry. The company works close in partnership with Heineken UK customers so they look to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is delivered every time.
As part of our one of their regional teams you will be responsible for giving their Smart Dispense customers the very best customer service experience every time.
The job role will involve visiting a wide range of licensed premises every four weeks carrying out a detailed technical and quality health check of the Smart Dispense system ensuring the continued great quality of dispense of the Heineken portfolio.
No previous technical experience is required but if you do have this it will help you with the role.
Great customer service is what will help you with the role and attention to detail.
You will need to be able to drive and will be given a vehicle to use.
28 days holiday including statutory bank holidays.
There is also an incentive of up to £2,500.00 per annum, paid quarterly
